Clay Party
This engaging, hands-on series is specially designed for homeschool learners, introducing them to the fundamentals of working with clay. Each week, students will explore essential techniques such as pinch pot construction, slab building, and decorative sculpting. They'll gain confidence shaping, joining, and decorating their pieces while learning key ceramic concepts like scoring and slipping, firing, and glazing.
Projects range from functional items like mugs and dishes to expressive tiles and simple sculptures. This program nurtures creativity, self-expression, and a meaningful connection to the ceramic arts.
